Seaton Capital is one of Canada's leading independent equipment finance brokerages, specializing in transportation, construction, and heavy equipment financing across Canada.
We're looking for a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our sales team. This is not a receptionist or general administrative role. You'll coordinate multiple transactions simultaneously, support our sales team, communicate with lenders and clients, and ensure deals move efficiently from application to funding.

Key Responsibilities
Working directly with the President and Sales Team, you will:
- Prepare professional credit submissions for banks and equipment finance companies
- Review applications for completeness before submission
- Prepare concise approval summaries outlining lender terms and conditions
- Coordinate DocuSign packages and client documentation
- Build and organize funding and audit packages
- Manage lender conditions, outstanding deficiencies, and document follow-up
- Prepare, merge, organize, and edit PDF packages using Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Respond to customer service requests from clients, vendors, and lenders
- Coordinate with lenders, insurance companies, vendors, solicitors, and internal staff
- Assist with funding and post-funding documentation
- Prioritize multiple active transactions while ensuring deadlines are met
- Provide administrative and operational support to the President and Sales Team

Qualifications & SkillsRequired
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit, merge, and organize PDF documents
- Experience using DocuSign
- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional telephone and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
Preferred
- Experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, banking, leasing, or financial services
- Experience using CRM software
- Ability to review credit applications and supporting financial documentation
- Punjabi speaking is an asset

This is a deadline-driven role. Occasional flexibility to work outside regular business hours may be required to support time-sensitive client requests and funding deadlines.
