Management Liaison Officer
Burraqaim Group is a diversified business group with an expanding international footprint. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Management Liaison Officer to support the General Manager Operations in coordinating strategic, operational, and regulatory matters across our Indonesia-based business entities. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, operational coordination, and strong business communication skills.
Position Summary
The Management Liaison Officer will serve as the primary coordination link between Burraqaim Group Headquarters in Ontario and its North America Region subsidiaries, business partners, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. The incumbent will ensure seamless communication, operational alignment, regulatory compliance, and effective execution of strategic initiatives across the Group's international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Liaison & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Burraqaim Group Headquarters and North America Region based subsidiaries, partners, vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with government agencies, local authorities, industry regulators, business partners, and community stakeholders.
- Represent the Group in official meetings, business negotiations, and stakeholder engagements as assigned.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between Group leadership and overseas business entities.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate operational activities across North America Region based companies to ensure alignment with Group policies and operational standards.
- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new business ventures and expansion projects.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare timely reports for the General Manager Operations.
Regulatory Compliance & Legal Coordination
- Coordinate with legal advisors and consultants to ensure compliance with North America Region corporate, labor, taxation, and licensing regulations.
- Facilitate regulatory submissions, renewals, permits, and corporate documentation.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide management with timely updates regarding potential business implications.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, meeting minutes, briefing papers, and business correspondence.
- Communicate Group strategies and operational directives clearly to local teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate official communication with North America Region based ministries, embassies, trade associations, and government institutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and organized records for operational and regulatory matters.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate strategic projects assigned by the General Manager Operations and Group leadership.
- Support market research, feasibility studies, due diligence activities, and business expansion initiatives.
- Organize executive travel, business delegations, stakeholder meetings, and site visits
Administrative & Office Management
- Support the efficient administration of the Group's Canada Representative Office.
- Coordinate with local vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Maintain proper corporate records and ensure adherence to internal documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- MBA
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, business coordination, management support, project coordination, or stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in international business coordination or multinational organizations will be considered an advantage.
