Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will be working directly with customers to enhance their vehicle's appearance.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and ceramic coating exteriors.
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to provide a clear view.
- Apply protective coatings to paint and upholstery as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically capable of performing tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
