Clear Choice Home Services is a rapidly growing exterior cleaning company serving St. Albert and surrounding areas. We’re hiring a small team of driven sales representatives to generate leads and close deals through door-to-door marketing.
This is a performance-based role designed for individuals who want to earn based on results, not hourly pay.
You’ll be speaking directly with homeowners, providing quotes, and closing jobs on the spot. Our systems, pricing, and fulfillment team are already in place — your job is to sell and produce results.
What You’ll Do
- Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners and identify opportunities
- Provide quotes on-site
- Close jobs during the interaction
- Track performance and improve daily
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Typical earnings: $1,500–$3,000+/week
- Top performers exceed $4,000+/week
- No cap on earnings
