Job Overview
As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with new travelers, offering expert travel advice, and promoting Mann Travel’s services. Your goal will be to build customer relationships, generate sales, and encourage repeat business through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients in person, over the phone, or via email to discuss travel requirements.
- Advise customers on suitable travel options, including domestic and international destinations, insurance, and fares.
- Prepare customized itineraries that cater to clients' budgets and preferences.
- Make and confirm bookings using a Global Distribution System (GDS), such as Amadeus or Galileo.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
- Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, and visa regulations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Sales Consultant in a travel agency.
- Proficiency in Amadeus or Galileo GDS is required.
- Strong geographical knowledge of key travel destinations.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- A customer-first approach, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
