About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to lead and oversee our security field operations. You'll supervise field staff across multiple sites, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide the support and training our team needs to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor field security personnel
- Conduct training programs and evaluate employee performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and field procedures
- Respond to on-call tasks and staff concerns
- Provide daily activity reports to the Operations Manager
- Travel to field sites to oversee operations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of security industry experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Valid BC Security License
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver's License
