As a Cabinet Installer, you'll play a crucial role in our cabinetry division, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our legacy of superior quality and customer satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities:
- Accurately measure, cut, and install custom cabinetry in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring precise fit and alignment.
- Safely operate a variety of woodworking tools and equipment established safety protocols.
- Interpret drawings, and specifications, ensuring that the final installation meets the desired aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Install hardware components, with careful attention to detail to ensure smooth operation and longevity.
- Maintain open and clear communication with team members, foremen and project coordinator, providing regular updates on progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring project requirements are met satisfactorily.
Requirements:
- Have 2+ years of experience in cabinet installation.
- Experience working in residential construction.
- Capability to handle physical demands associated with the job.
- Demonstrate proficiency in cabinetry construction techniques and woodworking.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and precision in all tasks.
- Must have own car and tools.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Display a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism would be an asset (English and French).
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
