What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Support and execute strategies to grow the client base and acquire new accounts.

Identify and engage potential retailers, presenting solutions and offerings to new and existing clients.

Assist with account setup, documentation, and coordinate installations and follow ups to ensure efficient onboarding.

Maintain ongoing contact with retailers to support transitions, facilitate meetings, and help resolve operational issues.

Conduct exit interviews, perform follow ups, and support retention efforts for vulnerable or former clients.

Monitor compensation, loan agreements, and ensure effective oversight of retailer accounts.

Support risk management activities and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Represent iA Dealer Services at industry events; assist with planning, budgeting, and building strategic relationships to expand our network.

Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support the onboarding and training of internal and external partners.

Respond to internal inquiries, collaborate across teams, uphold professionalism, and ensure the timely preparation of reports and expense claims.

A minimum of two years’ experience in the automotive industry is required
