Pay: From CA$18.88 per hour
Job Summary
- Position Title: Tape Edge Operator
- Environment : Warehouse. This role is under the Union Agreement with the company.
- Location : Our warehouse is located in Edmonton
- Shifts : 8 Hours (day shift)
- Days : Monday to Friday
- Rate of Pay : $ 18.88/hour to start, rate increase after probation
- Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machine, corrects any defective taping on mattress.
- Make any necessary sewing machine adjustments and handle basic maintenance of machine.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean orderly condition.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Observe and obey all safety rules, regulations and practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years related work experiences.
- Experience working in busy setting warehouse.
- Excellent eye and hand coordination.
- Good team player and can work independently.
- Reliable and punctual.
- This job involves standing for long periods of time.
