Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in active selling through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Keep organized records of sales transactions and inventory levels
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations
- Support team members in achieving sales goals and maintaining a positive shopping environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills required
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (e.g., English plus additional languages) are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$130,284.25 per year
