We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food with the best possible ingredients and serving it with love. About you: We are growing and have an opportunity for a great person who has a passion for making fantastic drinks and serving to join us as a Bartender / Server. You are savvy behind the bar, have fantastic customer experience skills and believe in being a positive part of an awesome team.
You will be responsible for:

Providing great customer experiences through superior service

Ensuring quality control of food

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Regular cleaning, running food/drink, checking in with guests

Creating classic and new cocktails, pouring beer

Ensuring we are making beverages in the specification to our quality standards

Working within a team to ensure we are meeting service demands

Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace

Conducting inventory management, stocking the bar

Other duties as required
Qualifications:

6+ months experience as a Server / Bartender in a high-volume casual environment

Experience in delivering a strong customer service experience

Possess excellent organizational skills and works well under pressure

Knowledge of POS

Personable, friendly and outgoing

Possess high energy and strong work ethic

Possess an eager willingness to learn
