Located on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour, we are a Preferred hotel home to the gorgeous Fathom Restaurant and Lounge, the cozy Courtyard Café, and beautiful function spaces.
An adaptable and hands-on individual, the outlets manager will support the restaurant, room service, banquet and cafe teams, working with department managers to ensure operations run smoothly.

Duties:
· Supervise food & beverage outlets in the absence of the department manager(s).
· Monitor food & beverage quality before service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
· Ensure professional and efficient service is provided to all guests.
· Professionally and promptly respond to escalated guest complaints or concerns.
· Assist with event set up, hosting, and serving as required.
· Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of food & beverage employees.
· Assist with preparing staff schedules and submitting time sheets to payroll.
· Assist with inventory control.
· Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager or designate.
What We’re Looking For:
· At least 3 years of recent supervisory experience in food & beverage, ideally including within a hotel environment
· Experience with Banquet functions
· Must have valid Serving it Right and Food Safe Certification
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Committed to providing exceptional guest experiences
· Proven coaching skills and problem-solving abilities
· Comfortable working in a high-volume environment and able to adapt to changing demands
· Able to maintain exceptional standards of personal presentation
· Professional and accountable, with a high level of integrity
· Hospitality Management degree/diploma an asset.
