We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Sewing Machine Operators to join our afternoon shift production team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in producing quality work, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining high production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
- Sew and assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality requirements are met
- Follow work orders, production schedules, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous sewing machine experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
