Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Cleaning & Maintenance Worker to support our iconic live music venue. This role is essential in ensuring our environment remains clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the season. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to upkeep tasks. This role focuses on post-event cleaning, receiving and organizing deliveries, basic upkeep of the establishment (painting, fixing or assessing basic problems), coordinating vendors, and general facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, inspections, and reporting larger issues for prompt resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces or special projects as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools.
- Document completed tasks and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable work ethic with a proactive attitude toward completing assigned duties efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively during the seasonal period as scheduled. This position is vital in supporting the upkeep of our facilities during the specified season, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all users.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
