Responsibilities
- Job Description:
- Produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.
Duties:
- Must have 3-5+ years experience in a full service kitchen working the line (REQUIRED)
- Great knife handling skills
- Ability to follow instructions, multitask and communicate
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen with a good attitude
- Maintain a high level of personal and professional cleanliness
- Must have open availability
- Food handlers certification is a requirement
- Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
- Adherence to cost control guidelines.
