Adventureland Daycare & OSC is hiring a full-time Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Whether you’re newer to the field and eager to learn, or you’ve been doing this for years and know your rhythm in a classroom, we’d love to connect.

What the Role Looks Like
You’ll be part of a supportive team, working together to create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment. Some days are busy. Some days are loud. All days matter.
You’ll help plan activities, guide routines, support social development, and communicate with families. We value educators who are calm, organized, and able to adapt when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned.

What We’re Looking For
- Alberta ECE Level 1, 2, or 3
- Entry-level or experienced educators welcome
- Someone reliable, steady, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Class 4 Driver’s License preferred
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Pay: $17.64-$28.62 per hour
