Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a Wealth Management Technology organization within a large enterprise financial services environment. This individual will play a key role in financial tracking, portfolio analysis, and operational support for technology initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring someone who can take ownership of financial processes, drive insights, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, experience working in complex environments, and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving. This will be a hybrid role with 2x per week in office requirements and the opportunity to convert to full time employment with the client after the initial contract period.
Responsibilities
- Support financial analysis across a portfolio of wealth management technology initiatives
- Track and manage project spend, resource allocation, and forecasting activities
- Perform invoice management and reconciliation, including investigation of discrepancies across contracts and vendors
- Work within financial systems (e.g., Clarity or similar tools) to monitor budgets and ensure data accuracy
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and drive improvements
- Take ownership of initiatives and deliverables, ensuring timelines and accuracy are met
Must-Haves
- 6-8+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within financial services or wealth management organizations
- Experience with portfolio tracking, budgeting, and resource management
- Strong experience with Excel and project financial reporting tools (Clarity PPM)
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Experience managing invoices, contracts, and financial reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams
- Excellent attention to detail and confident communication
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to wealth management or capital markets environments
- Experience supporting technology or IT portfolios
- Coupa billing experience and uUnderstanding of vendor management and contract financials
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
Experience:
