Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in sports therapy office setting is a plus, but not required. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using the Jane booking system
- cleaning all rooms , doing laundry
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and office software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Clerical experience, including filing, proofreading, and document management
- Customer service experience with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous medical / sports therapy office experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
