Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests and staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established protocols
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain facility standards
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected effectively
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to hospitality and custodial services
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in hospitality or industrial settings
- Experience in hospitality industry or custodial services demonstrates strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
