About Us
Our Value Insulation is a rapidly growing insulation company specializing in new residential and commercial construction in Windsor-Essex. Our core focus is working directly with builders, developers, and general contractors on new builds, with additional opportunities in retrofit and energy-efficiency projects.
We are expanding our presence in Chatham-Kent, which will be the primary sales territory for this role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with home builders, developers, and general contractors.
- Quote and bid new residential and commercial construction projects
- Follow up on tenders, bids, and active construction projects
- Maintain a strong pipeline of new construction opportunities
- Coordinate with project managers and installation teams
- Attend site meetings as required
- Represent Our Value Insulation professionally within the local construction community
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support retrofit insulation sales when opportunities arise
- Educate clients on insulation upgrades and energy-efficiency programs
- Manage a mixed sales pipeline (new construction + retrofit)
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience
- Knowledge in construction, insulation & building materials
- Experience selling to builders and general contractors is a strong asset
- Ability to understand scopes, drawings, and specifications (training provided)
- Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM and estimating tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
