What you’ll do:
- Prepare sushi rolls and basic menu items
- Assist with prep (vegetables, sauces, rice)
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Work with the team during busy service
Who we’re looking for:
- Reliable and focused
- Able to work on your feet for extended hours
- Pays attention to detail
- Works well in a small team environment
- Great communication skills
- 1 year. Or more of sushi experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Kitchen experience required.
