This role is ideal for a roofer who excels at leak investigations, repairs, troubleshooting, client communication, and independent work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks.
- Perform maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Complete roof inspections and condition assessments.
- Document findings with photos and reports.
- Communicate directly with clients when required.
- Manage service helper(s) and service vehicle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years commercial flat roofing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and leak detection skills.
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, SBS, BUR, and metal flashings.
- Valid driver's license with clean abstract.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
