Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project planning and execution.
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of materials
- Assist in tracking project progress
- Support site teams with daily operations by managing documentation, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders by preparing reports, schedules, and updates that keep everyone aligned on project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction with a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project management principles.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
