We are seeking an experienced and passionate Italian Chef to prepare authentic Italian cuisine for banquet and restaurant service. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques, high attention to presentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes including pasta, risotto, seafood, meat dishes, sauces, and desserts
- Create authentic recipes while maintaining high food quality and consistency
- Plan and execute banquet menus for events and special occasions
- Ensure proper food presentation and plating standards
- Manage kitchen operations during service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients when required
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and banquet teams
- Ensure food is prepared on time and meets customer expectations
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Italian Chef or Cook (banquet or restaurant experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and regional dishes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
