Job Summary
The Site Supervisor / Construction Superintendet is responsible for overseeing on-site operations on construction or project sites. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards. The Site Supervisor coordinates between project managers, subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
Work Requirements:
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations and activities.
- Mostly on-site at construction, project locations and office.
- May require travel between multiple sites.
- Includes exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and physical activity.
- Monitor work progress and ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
- Manage and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, site diaries, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Attend project meetings and daily report on site status.
- Resolve conflicts and make decisions on-site when necessary.
Work Environment:
- Mostly on-site at construction and office.
- May require travel between multiple sites.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred.
- Bachelor or equivalent (related to construction management, engineering, project management or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role in construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and project management.
- Previous experience with building permits application and compliances locally.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
- Certification in health and safety (e.g., OSHA, CSCS, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Equipment operating will be a bonus.
