BILINGUAL (English-French) Sales & Marketing - New Position
Rentcheck, a leading Canadian Applicant Inquiry Services company (rental screening,
background checks, credit reporting, etc.) seeks an experienced Bilingual Sales and
Marketing individual whose duties could include: Open up new markets in Quebec.
Fielding calls and emails from current or prospective customers whose
preferred language of communication and business transactions is French
Solving individual product or service problems for French-only speakers
Translating prepared sales and marketing literature into current French
Excellent presentation skills in both English and French. Working with Housing Providers
explaining Rentcheck’s products and services
Initiating marketing communications to prospective customers in French
Performing all of the above functions equally well in English
Other jobs as assigned.
Candidates with most or all of the following qualifications will receive first
consideration and would be most likely to be called for an interview:
Diploma, or at least four years of successfully completed courses, at an
accredited business school or college
At least five years of continuous part- or full-time work experience in a bilingual sales
marketing environment and customer service roll.
In-person customer support experience
Excellent computer skills, word, excel, gmail, etc., Able to construct pricing proposals and work with customer to set up their account, train them on the use of the Rentcheck products and services portal.
Important assets:
Additional fluency in other languages commonly used in large urban centres
Live within easy access of downtown Toronto
Ability to follow directions accurately and complete tasks on time
Willingness to learn on the job and acquire more skills
Positive attitude toward work standards and fellow employees
