Our client is in search of a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. This role starts part-time (approximately 20-25 hours per week) with a clear path to transition into a full-time position within 3-6 months, depending on performance and business needs.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to senior leadership, playing a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly, managing priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and confidential correspondence

Handle incoming communications (email, phone, mail) with professionalism and discretion

Organize and support company events and board meetings

Maintain filing systems, CRM records, and important documentation

Assist with personal tasks for executives when required

Anticipate needs, identify priorities, and proactively solve problems

Support special projects and initiatives as they arise
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role (experience supporting C-level executives is a strong asset)

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
