We are a small but busy furnace and carpet cleaning company looking for an office superstar to help with daily tasks.
Duties will include but aren't limited to: Send invoices and estimates; Schedule and confirm appointments; Monitor and respond to email and social media inquires; Manage social media accounts; Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail; Obtain and process information required to provide services; Calculate billing charges; Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; Receive, process, and track payments; Collect on past due invoices; Help keep office clean;
Experience in admin/call center/reception is a great asset. Home construction knowledge is also an asset. The perfect candidate is computer savvy, has great communication skills, is a quick learner, self driven, reliable, and bondable.
Criminal record check and references required.
