Full-Time Retail Associate
Paradise LeisureScapes is seeking a professional, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team.
For 56 years, Paradise LeisureScapes has been helping families create their backyard paradise with hot tubs, pools, saunas, patio furniture, BBQs, and outdoor living products. As one of Saskatchewan’s most trusted names in outdoor leisure, we take pride in delivering exceptional products, expert advice, and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email
- Assist customers in selecting products and solutions that meet their needs
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and customer follow-up
- Maintain product knowledge across multiple product categories
- Support showroom merchandising and presentation
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High personal and professional standards
- Pride in personal appearance and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Previous experience with Sage and point-of-sale software is highly desirable and will be given preference
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Ability to work Sundays on a rotating schedule during May and June
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
