We are looking for a dedicated groundskeeper to join our team and ensure that our outdoor areas maintain the same level of quality and cleanliness as our interiors.
Job Description:
As a part-time groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces to ensure they are pristine and inviting for our guests. Your duties will include:
- Leaf blowing to keep outdoor areas clear and tidy.
- Power washing surfaces such as patios, decks, and walkways to remove dirt and grime.
- Outdoor window cleaning to ensure windows are sparkling clean and provide guests with clear views.
- Light weeding and gardening to maintain the beauty of flower beds and landscaped areas.
- Trimming hedges to keep them neat and well-manicured.
- Pool and hot tub cleaning to ensure these amenities are clean and safe for guest use.
- Bring out the waste and recycling bins on appropriate days.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate leaf blowers, power washers, and other outdoor maintenance equipment.
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and tools.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have a G2 or G Drivers License
