About the Role
We're hiring a part-time OTA to work with pediatric clients on a flexible, year-round schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a schedule that fits around their availability.
Schedule: Flexible days and hours, part-time, year-round
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Support pediatric clients in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills
- Document client progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
- Create a positive, engaging therapeutic environment for children and families
- Collaborate with families and caregivers on carryover of therapy goals
Requirements
- Valid OTA license (required)
- Experience working with pediatric clients preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and flexible availability
