About OakLearning Center:
OakLearning Center is a growing educational center in Oakville dedicated to helping students achieve academic success and confidence. We offer a wide range of programs including Math, English, French, ESL, IELTS preparation, Robotics, Public Speaking, and Academic enrichment programs for students of all ages.As our center continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and community-focused Center Manager who wants to play a meaningful role in building something special.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both operations and business growth.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the center while also helping us expand our student community through outreach, relationship building, and exceptional customer service.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and being rewarded for results.
What You'll DoOperations
- Oversee the daily operations of the center
- Support and supervise front desk and administrative staff
- Ensure student schedules, communications, and records are maintained accurately
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and instructors
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
Enrollment & Growth
- Follow up with prospective families and student inquiries
- Conduct parent consultations and program recommendations
- Build relationships within the local community
- Develop referral partnerships and enrollment opportunities
- Earn uncapped commission on every new student enrollment
Leadership
- Manage the center independently when ownership is not onsite
- Help improve systems, processes, and customer experience
- Contribute ideas that support growth and operational excellence
Who You Are
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional
- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with parents and students
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Passionate about education and helping students succeed

Compensation
This role includes a competitive base salary along with a performance-based commission structure tied to enrollment growth and business development.
