Hours: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week) – evenings and weekends required

What You’ll Do: As a Studio Associate, you’ll be the face of our studio – providing an exceptional experience and helping clients feel their best. Your role will include:
- Greeting clients and providing knowledgeable guidance on Fabutan and Hush services
- Booking appointments and managing the front desk
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the studio
- Selling memberships, packages, and retail products
- Educating customers on tanning, skincare, and lash aftercare
- Hitting sales goals and contributing to a positive, driven team environment
Who You Are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about beauty and wellness
- Comfortable with sales and hitting daily/weekly/monthly quotas
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Open to learning new services and techniques (full training provided)
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in retail, tanning, beauty, or spa environments is a plus
