BrainStim Health is growing, and we’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Jr. Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our team. This part‑time role provides direct support to our Director of Finance & Strategic Operations and plays an important part in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly across multiple clinics and provinces.

What You’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day accounting functions, including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll processing, and expense tracking
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets, dashboards, and forecasting tools
- Support budgeting, cash‑flow tracking, and financial planning activities
- Help streamline and document financial processes as the organization grows
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance & Strategic Operations on special projects and operational initiatives
- Provide general administrative and financial support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Education or early‑career experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping at an accounting practice
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with financial data
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy
- Extensive Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
- Interest in healthcare, mental health, or clinical operations is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
- Preference for candidates based in the Vancouver area
Role Details
- Part‑time (approx. 10-20 hours/week to start)
- Remote, with Vancouver‑based candidates preferred as occasional travel to our Vancouver or South Surrey location may be required
- Compensation: $25-$30/hr employee depending on experience
- Open to employee or independent contractor arrangements
