Deliverables

Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and CyberArk across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

Lead application onboarding, identity lifecycle automation, access governance, provisioning, certification, and SCIM-based integrations to improve IAM maturity and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) integrations, connectors, workflows, APIs, and automated provisioning processes while supporting future SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) initiatives.

Support audit, compliance, and security governance activities by implementing access controls, segregation of duties, privileged access management, reporting, and remediation processes.
Experience Required

8+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) administration, development, and application onboarding.

Proven experience implementing and supporting SCIM-based integrations, identity provisioning, SSO, Active Directory integration, lifecycle management, and access governance processes.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), authentication, federation, RBAC, identity governance, and hybrid identity architectures.

Experience working with CyberArk for privileged access management (PAM), credential security, privileged account onboarding, and audit/compliance requirements.

Strong understanding of IAM architecture, APIs, SailPoint SDKs/connectors, governance controls, audit support, and security best practices within enterprise environments.
