What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician or Red Seal Certification
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
- Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles while maintaining quality standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Mazda Certified Technician designation is a major asset
- Previous Mazda dealership experience is highly desirable
- Experience with modern vehicle technology, ADAS systems, and advanced diagnostics
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Complete inspections and identify maintenance opportunities
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Support apprentices and junior technicians
- Lead by example through productivity, professionalism, and quality workmanship
