Advanced Refrigeration HVAC is currently seeking an energetic, dependable team player to fill the position of Office Assistant. This position is well suited for an individual who possesses a positive attitude, strong communication skills and is highly organized.
Location: 17-240057 Frontier Crescent, Rockyview County, AB
Schedule: Monday to Friday
7:30am-4:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to invoicing, dispatch and accounting departments;
- Support project managers through the various phases of projects, including but not limited to material and hour tracking, scheduling inspections, equipment deliveries etc.;
- Assist with answering general phone line;
- Ensure all compliance and health and safety requirements are followed to industry standards; manage safety paperwork and documentation
- Monitor and update checklists and equipment lists according to customer locations
- General office duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational ability with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and capability to work as a team & independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
