Looking for an individual who is a self starter, performs tasks without direction and who is versatile with trucks and equipment. Lead Hand who can lead a small team while continuing to perform their regular, hands-on duties.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in triaxle dump truck (18 speed manual). Roll-off experience an asset. Will train.
- Must have some experience with skidsteers and excavators.
- Must be able to chain and float small equipment.
- Safely operate dump truck to transport dirt, gravel and construction material.
- Perform daily routine inspection of the truck before and after trips to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance and report any unsafe and service related issues.
- Submit daily paperwork.
- Assist in general labour tasks to support construction operations.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
Compensation
- Subcontract, hourly and/or salary available

- Year round work (no snow plowing)
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
