Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff(Sushi roll maker) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, delivering high-quality food, and providing excellent service to our guests. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, and a commitment to food safety standards. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; we provide training for the right candidates. - Tuesday 16:00-23:00
- Friday 12:00-23:00
- Saturday 16:00-23:00
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and food presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cooking, food preparation, or food service is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
- Basic understanding of the food industry practices is advantageous
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting or moving kitchen supplies
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
