Job Title: Millwright
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Millwrights, both ticketed and non-ticketed, to join our team in Calgary for the commissioning of a new conveyor installation project. This hands-on role is focused on ensuring the successful setup, testing, and optimization of industrial conveyor systems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Complete integration and commissioning of conveyor systems.

Fabricate, customize, and adjust system components such as sensors, belts, and side guards.

Perform alignment and inspection of frames, rollers, belts, motors, gearboxes, and drives.

Ensure safety compliance including guards, emergency stops, and lockout points.

Document deficiencies and punch-list items identified during commissioning.

Work at heights as necessary during installation.

Must be able to work independently
Essential Skills
-
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in commissioning work on conveyors.

Knowledge of industrial and construction environments.

Ability to support system start-up and commissioning.

Experience in aligning mechanical components such as belts and motors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
AWP/EWP certification.
-
Fall Protection certification.
-
CSTS and WHMIS certifications.
-
Ability to bring own tools for use during the project.
