Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, motivated and tech-savvy student or intern to support our growing digital presence across our multiple service-based companies. The Digital Media Coordinator role is ideal for an individual interested in digital marketing, content creation, photography/videography and social media management.

The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results by showcasing our teams in action across service areas provided, namely: cleaning, landscaping and security.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage and update company social media platforms including: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X(Twitter).
- Manage and grow social media platforms.
- Design engaging graphics and visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging posts highlighting employees, projects and company culture
- Respond to and monitor Google Reviews in coordination with management.
- Assist in developing digital marketing content (posts, stories, reels short form video content)
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms to continuously refine strategies.
- Travel to job sites as needed to capture live content (local travel required).
Experience & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college or university studying in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Media or related field
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Canva editing software for graphic design projects.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital storytelling
- Proficient in the use of smartphones and video equipment for photography and videography.
- Familiarity with the use of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
- Prior experience in graphic design or visual content creation is highly desirable. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about digital marketing who thrives in a creative environment focused on growth and innovation.
Work Environment

- Flexible hours (part-time/internship structure)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
