Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales branch associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and generating new sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. As we are a small operation, this role in an in-office role and everyone in the office does a bit of everything. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Utilize CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our products/services and generate leads.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
- Pick, Pack and Ship customer orders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Tooling or metal working knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in technical sales or familiarity with telemarketing practices is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
