MIRÉA Beauty Salon is seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-minded Nail Technician to help launch and grow our nail department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a skilled nail professional who is passionate about the industry, stays on top of current trends, delivers exceptional client experiences, and wants to play a key role in building a successful nail department within a growing salon.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, builder gel, Gel-X, nail strengthening treatments, and other nail services
- Deliver high-quality services efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain exceptional sanitation and hygiene standards
- Assist with selecting products, suppliers, equipment, and inventory for the nail department
- Recommend new services and seasonal trends to keep the department competitive and profitable
- Provide client consultations and professional recommendations
- Help build a loyal clientele through excellent customer service and rebooking
- Contribute to salon marketing, promotions, and social media content when needed
Requirements:
- Previous Nail Technician experience required
- Strong manicure and pedicure skills
- Experience with gel systems, builder gel, Gel-X, and current nail trends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Fluent English communication skills
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Existing clientele is an asset but not required

- Stays current with nail trends, products, and techniques
- Has knowledge of professional nail suppliers and inventory management
- Takes pride in delivering beautiful work and exceptional client experiences
