Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have previous food service or barista experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks following company standards.
- Operate POS system.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including serving food items and ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
- Restock supplies as necessary and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and customer service.
We will be training in August and will need you to work opens (6am) and closes (5pm). Most shifts will be 7 am to 1:30 pm.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
