Quality Inspector
Location: Oshawa, ON
Pay Rate: $17.80/hour – Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit
Shift Availability: Days & Afternoons | Regular Weekend Work Required
Canadian Executive Search Group (CES) is currently hiring Quality Inspectors for an automotive manufacturing facility in the Oshawa area. We are seeking dependable individuals who are flexible to work on an on-call basis with consistent weekend availability on both day and afternoon shifts. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing supplemental work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and components
- Identify defects or non-conforming materials according to quality standards
- Complete inspection paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with production teams to ensure quality expectations are met
- Follow all company health and safety procedures in indoor and outdoor work areas
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is considered an asset
- Must be available for on-call scheduling, including regular weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation preferred due to varying shift schedules
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes or boots required
- Clear Criminal Background Check required
