Responsabilités
- Préparer et servir des boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées selon les recettes et les demandes des clients.
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
- Utiliser le système de caisse (Veloce POS ou équivalent) pour les commandes et les paiements.
- Maintenir le bar propre, organisé et bien approvisionné.
- Effectuer les transactions monétaires avec précision.
- Respecter les normes de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire.
- Assurer un service responsable des boissons alcoolisées.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe afin d’offrir un service rapide et efficace.
Profil recherché
- Expérience en restauration, idéalement comme barman/barmaid ou serveur(se).
- Connaissance d’un système POS (Veloce ou équivalent).
- Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en communication.
- Bonne gestion du temps et capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Connaissance des règles de manipulation des aliments et de salubrité.
- Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et professionnalisme.
- Disponibilité pour travailler les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés, au besoin.

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience
- Operate POS systems such as Veloce POS for order processing and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures and cash handling protocols
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially as a bartender or server
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Veloce POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a hospitality setting
- Good communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
