Accu-Staff is currently hiring Machine Operators for a busy aluminum extrusion facility in the Lakeshore area.

Schedule
12-Hour Continental Rotating Schedule
- Two weeks on days, followed by two weeks on nights
- Every other weekend off
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor aluminum extrusion and production equipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Read and follow work instructions, production documentation, and basic technical drawings
- Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions and quality
- Accurately complete production and quality records
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety policies and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing and/or machine operator experience
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including standing for 12-hour shifts and lifting heavy materials
- Reliable transportation, as the facility is not accessible by public transit
- Available to work rotating day and night shifts
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Forklift experience and the ability to read technical drawings are considered valuable assets
