Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team at Revive Wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential rehabilitative services across various patient populations, including pediatrics and acute care settings. The Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care and promote recovery.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into patient care.
- Assist in the training of junior staff or interns as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited program.
- Valid licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures related to physiotherapy.
- Proven experience in patient care with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
- Prior experience working with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: $60.00-$150.00 per hour
