EuphoraMD is looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused part-time Front Desk Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating exceptional first impressions and thrives in a polished, professional, and fun clinic environment.
Shifts include weekday shifts ranging from 9:30am- 2:00pm, 10:30am - 2:30pm & 1:30pm - 7:00pm with regular weekend hours on Saturdays from 11:30–5:00 pm. Additional hours may be available from time to time.

About the Role
As the Front Desk Team Member, you are the face of EuphoraMD. You set the tone for each patient’s experience, ensuring every interaction feels welcoming, seamless, and elevated. You’ll support the day-to-day flow of the clinic while working closely with the Clinic Manager and clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Manage bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and patient records using JaneApp (training provided)
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person
- Support follow-up communications, including appointment confirmations and post-visit check-ins
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Assist with daily clinic operations and general administrative support
- Communicate clearly with the Clinic Nurse Manager regarding schedules, patient needs, and clinic flow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A polished, professional, and friendly demeanour
- Comfort with booking systems and technology (JaneApp experience is an asset, not a requirement)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of patient care
- Flexibility to occasionally take on additional hours as needed
- Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics setting is a strong asset
