We are looking for a person who is dedicated, hard working, organized, able to follow directions and make decisions, the ability to learn quickly and have the ambition to advance in the company. Must be able to work as a team and individually. This is a full time position. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. You may be required to work overtime if needed and because we operate 24/7 you will be required to be on an on-call rotation schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays. The company offers competitive industry wages and benefits after 3 months. Previous Restoration experience is an asset but not necessary, as we offer extensive training which includes hands on experiences and industry related courses. Must have reliable transportation to our office each day, class 5 drivers license, and a clean drivers abstract. Company vehicle is provided during working hours.
Responsibilities
Handle projects during the emergency phase effectively and efficiently while communicating with the Project Manager, Owner, Technician, on concerns and status.
Main Activities
- Responding to on-call emergencies
- Water damage mitigation
- Mold remediation
- Fire and smoke mitigation
- Odour
- Tear out with rebuild in mind
- Dropping off and picking up of equipment
- Installing equipment
- Filling out paperwork. Ex Timesheets, hazard assessments etc
- Taking daily photos and submitting them to appropriate personnel
- Signing in and out equipment/Inventory
- Aiding with construction repairs, ex drywall, painting, baseboards
- Cleaning - post construction, warehouse, vehicle
- Ensuring equipment is in proper working order, getting repaired if needed
- Promoting safety
- Participating in ongoing training
- Field work is required
- Hauling debris
- Other tasks assigned by office personnel

Knowledge
The candidate must have proficient knowledge of the following areas:
- Fluent in English
- IICRC tickets in water, fire or mold would be an asset
- Class 5 drivers license
